Norwegian motocross rider, racing across the WORLD
Who am I
I am a Norwegian motocross racer from Åmot in Modum. I started riding when I was 6 years old, and have been competing internationally since I was 13 years old. Ever since I first hopped on a dirtbike, my goal has always been to go faster and faster. Without any experience in sports or motocross previously in our family, the journey has been very big to get to where I am today. I am thankful to have people around me that never give up!
Since 2013 till 2019 I was riding the European championship going through the ranks from the 85ccm 2 stroke, to the 250ccm 4 stroke. I’ve had some nice results throughout the years, and some highlights is 3rd Junior World Championship 125ccm 2017, overall win EMX125 of Ernee, France 2017, and multiple podiums in the EMX250 category. I have also been lucky to represent Norway in MXoN in 2017 and 2019.
In 2020 I realized one of my long time dreams, I got a season in the MX2 World Championship. For my first year it was a lot of up’s and down’s, but a highlight of the year was two times 8th overall for GP, and 1 time 4th place in the time qualifying in Spain. Unfortunately the results from 2020 was not good enough to secure a ride for 2021, so I stepped down to EMX250 again to race with SM Action GasGas Racing Team.
2021 was a comeback year for me finishing 2nd in the European Championship 250ccm and Italian MX2 Championship. I had a really consistent year and got three moto wins in the emx250, and two overall victories in Latvia and Italy. My riding was spotted by the F&H Kawasaki Racing Team which I will ride for in the 2022 MX2 World Championship.
Short term goals is to establish myself in the top of the MX2 World Championship and get on the podium there. The long term goal is to live of motocross, and competing in the top class with the best riders in the world, fighting in the front for race wins and podiums.
2022 with F&H Kawasaki Racing Team
Since 2017 I have been making YouTube videos, these videos is a insight into my training and racing. They give a hopefully cool BTS feeling of a racers lifestyle, hard work and dedication. I originally started the vlog to improve my English and confidence speaking to the cameras, but I have enjoyed the process so much I just continued. My fanbase have grown over the years mostly through YouTube and I really appreciate all the fans watching my videos, both in high’s and low’s. 2021 is the 5th season of the vlog and hopefully it will continue in many years to come.
